Who publishes or uses the document?+
You do. You review, approve, publish, sign, file, or send documents yourself. The service does not submit, publish, or file anything on your behalf.
Do you guarantee compliance?+
No. The service prepares document drafts and packs from the information supplied. It does not guarantee compliance, regulator acceptance, dispute outcomes, platform decisions, refunds, or compensation.
Can I edit the final document?+
Yes. The intended delivery format includes editable DOCX and final PDF versions, subject to the final generation workflow.
How do revisions work?+
Each order goal includes up to 5 revisions at no extra cost. For Pack of 4 and Pack of 8 orders, the revision counter is shared across the whole order. A new goal, new facts, or a substantial scope change is a new order, not a revision.
Why use a client workspace?+
Sensitive document work needs authenticated access, private storage, status tracking, and a clean audit trail. The workspace is designed around that model.
What documents are in scope for V1?+
V1 focuses on English website policy documents: privacy policies, terms, cookie policies, DPAs, refund policies, acceptable use policies, disclaimers, user agreements, NDAs, service agreements, and SaaS agreements.
